Very unlikely. Everything is 316L stainless, titanium, or niobium, with no nickel and no plating. Say the word if you have a known metal allergy and she’ll pick accordingly.
Measure a necklace you already like and send that number. If you have nothing to measure, describe where you want it to sit and she’ll work it out.
Almost always. Workmanship is covered for 30 days. Beyond that, and for accidental damage at any time, send a photograph and she will quote the repair at a fair price.
